The problem Zooshan works on

A task can be small and still become a serious obstacle. An application portal rejects a photograph without explaining why. A PDF is too large to upload, yet the text must stay readable. A virtual machine contains a file that needs to reach another trusted device, but ordinary copy-and-paste is unavailable. These are not glamorous problems, but they interrupt real work.

Zooshan builds focused tools around those moments. Each product starts with a specific outcome and removes unnecessary choices between the user and that outcome. The goal is not to collect every possible feature in one interface. It is to make the useful path visible.

What we build

FormReady prepares photographs, signatures and documents for examination, recruitment and government application portals. It helps users reason about dimensions, file size, background, crop and validation before they submit.

DocTools handles practical PDF work: compression, conversion, merging, splitting, image-to-PDF creation and vector tracing. Its purpose is to provide understandable options instead of treating every PDF as the same kind of file.

ClipBridge is a private cross-device workspace for moving text, links and files between trusted devices. It was designed for environments where normal transfer methods are inconvenient or unavailable.

How product decisions are made

• Explain the requirement. A useful tool should help someone understand why a file passes or fails, not merely return another file.
• Minimize collection. Features should request only the information and permissions necessary for the job.
• Be honest about processing. If work happens on the server, the interface should say so. If a file is temporary, deletion behavior should be described accurately.
• Work across ordinary devices. Interfaces are designed for phones, laptops and desktops without assuming specialized local software.
• Prefer dependable output. A smaller file is not useful if it is unreadable, and an automatic crop is not useful if it removes part of the subject.
