Terms of use

These terms apply to the public Zooshan website and the tools it links to. By using a Zooshan service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review your output before relying on it.

Purpose of the services

Zooshan provides informational pages and practical software for document preparation, PDF processing and cross-device file transfer. Features may change as compatibility, security and operating requirements evolve.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload or process files you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not use a service to distribute malware, evade access controls, impersonate another person or violate applicable law.
• Verify dimensions, readability, identity details and official submission requirements before using an output file.
• Keep account credentials and downloaded files secure on shared or managed devices.

No government or vendor affiliation

Zooshan is an independent service. It is not affiliated with UIDAI, a government department, an examination board, Corel or another vendor named for compatibility. References to third-party products and formats are descriptive.

Availability and limits

Services are offered on an “as available” basis. We may apply limits to file size, processing time, request frequency or storage duration to protect reliability and other users. Temporary outages and compatibility failures can occur.

No guarantee of acceptance

A tool can prepare a file according to the settings you select, but it cannot guarantee that a third-party portal will accept it. Portals may impose undocumented checks or change their requirements. The official instructions of the receiving organization remain authoritative.

Privacy and advertising

Our privacy policy explains server logs, advertising technologies and product-specific processing notices. Public content pages may display advertising after AdSense approval. Advertisements do not represent an endorsement by Zooshan.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zooshan and its operator are not liable for indirect loss, missed submissions, third-party rejection, corrupted source files or unauthorized use resulting from reliance on a service. Keep an original copy of every important file.
